CBT Dublin

About CBT Dublin

An independent resource for evidence-based mental health information in Ireland.

CBT Dublin was created to make reliable, evidence-based information about Cognitive Behavioural Therapy accessible to people in Ireland. Our goal is to help people understand their options, find accredited therapists, and take the first step toward better mental health.

All articles on this site are reviewed for clinical accuracy and written in line with NICE guidelines and HSE recommendations. We only list therapists who are accredited members of recognised professional bodies including IACP, IAHIP, and PSI.
